Waka Flocka Felon
Rather than doing it with “No Hands”, it looks like rapper Waka Flocka Flame is going to be doing it with “No Freedom” for a while after surrendering to Georgia police yesterday.
Apparently, Waka Flocka Flame was booked for multiple charges, including:
Possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce
Possession of firearm by convicted felon
Possession of hydrocodone
Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
Violation of probation for driving on a suspended license
Violating Georgia’s “Criminal Street Gang and Terror Prevention Act”
Unfortunately it’s not against the law to have a dumb name though. Who knew?
The rapper’s mother told TMZ that Waka surrendered on his own this afternoon “because he wanted to do the right thing and didn’t want to run.”
Aww, what an outstanding citizen. Perhaps if her precious little Waka Flocka wanted to do the right thing, he wouldn’t have run up that laundry list of charges in the first place. SMH…
Cops first hit Waka’s home on December 16th and after confiscating a whole bunch of illegal items, they issued an arrest warrant for the rapper, who wasn’t home at the time.
He’s now being held on $31,950 bond and a hearing is set for sometime this week.
