LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Los Angeles County sheriff's officials say a second suspect seen in the videotaped assaults of disabled women is now behind bars.
27-year-old Ernie Lloyd, of Los Angeles, was arrested Saturday, after he turned up at a Hollywood police station. He apparently told police he had seen himself on the news, and knew that he was wanted.
LAPD detectives contacted sheriff's officials late last week, saying they recognized the two men in the tapes, including Lloyd, from two separate investigations in 2007 and 2009.
The other suspect was identified as 42-year-old Bert Hicks of Los Angeles. Police say he is already in custody for a previous conviction.
LAPD detectives saw the story about the sheriff's department investigation, and they called because Hicks was serving time for sexual assault in an LAPD case.
The sheriff's department is not releasing the name of the facility where they believe Hicks worked.
The break comes after authorities released surveillance images of four men on Thursday.
Detectives say eight men were involved in the attacks on at least 10 women who were physically and mentally disabled.
Many of the victims, between the ages of 20 and 40, were bedridden.
"These victims are severely disabled. Many of them appear to be unable to move and most of them are wearing diapers," one investigator said.
Officials say an anonymous individual mailed a computer hard drive containing over 100 hours of video.
At least one suspect, seen in a wheelchair and removing his diaper, is believed to be a patient.
The footage was shot at several locations, including one that appears to be a residential care facility.
The video is not being released but composite drawings of four of the suspects have been created based on the video footage.
Investigators asked for the public's help because they did not know when or where the attacks took place, or who was involved.

LETS PRAY THESE WOMEN RECEIVE PROPER JUSTICE FOR THE PAIN THEY SUFFERED.
